Enterprise Deployment – Statement of Work   Summary The client is a global medical technology company that specializes in developing and producing equipment and software for radiation therapy, radiosurgery, and oncology.  The client offers a range of software solutions designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of radiation therapy and oncology treatment. Today, the client deploy their software via various methods offering on-premise and Cloud based solutions. Their approach to deploying and upgrading software is inconsistent and for some of our products it can be somewhat cumbersome, slow and prone to human error. The client are seeking an engagement with professionals that have extensive experience in deploying enterprise software into clinical environments to evaluate their current approach and bring proposals for a future state where software deployment is simplified, consistent and performed in accelerated timelines that delights customers.   The engagement expectations and requirements A fixed term contract with a highly experienced professional to transform and standardise the client software deployment strategy Work with key stakeholders across the client's organisation to evaluate the current client deployment approach across the software portfolio.
