About the Role
Enterprise Deployment – Statement of Work
Summary
The client is a global medical technology company that specializes in developing and producing equipment and software for radiation therapy, radiosurgery, and oncology.The client offers a range of software solutions designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of radiation therapy and oncology treatment.
Today, the client deploy their software via various methods offering on-premise and Cloud based solutions. Their approach to deploying and upgrading software is inconsistent and for some of our products it can be somewhat cumbersome, slow and prone to human error.
The client are seeking an engagement with professionals that have extensive experience in deploying enterprise software into clinical environments to evaluate their current approach and bring proposals for a future state where software deployment is simplified, consistent and performed in accelerated timelines that delights customers.
The engagement expectations and requirements
- A fixed term contract with a highly experienced professional to transform and standardise the client software deployment strategy
- Work with key stakeholders across the client's organisation to evaluate the current client deployment approach across the software portfolio.
- Using best practice industry standards, make recommendations on how the client can evolve their product deployment strategy and processes to deploy software into clinical environments in a simplified, efficient and consistent manner with short term quick wins and longer-term transformational changes
- Relevant experience with enterprise software deployments such as SAP, Oracle or EMRs such as EPIC, Cerner
- Expertise in taking enterprise software payloads from on premises to public cloud platforms
- Act as a consultant to the client's engineering teams to advise on and support enterprise software deployment improvements
- The individual must be able to travel to various client office locations including Crawley – UK, San Jose – USA and Shanghai – China.

Position Summary:
The SVP of Product will be responsible for defining the vision and strategic direction of a Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) portfolio. Gather field feedback directly from physician users to support continuous product improvement.
Oversee the full product portfolio, working in partnership with company leadership to define product vision and strategy.
Develop and maintain the product roadmap in collaboration with engineering, ensuring optimal resource allocation and on-time delivery.
Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives, employing a data-informed approach to guide decisions.
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to continuously inform product strategy and team awareness.
Skills and Qualifications:
15+ years of experience leading product teams in the MedTech sector. Strong preference for candidates with experience in medical imaging and/or cardiovascular applications.
Proven track record of successfully launching SaaS-based medical products.
Deep experience working within Agile development environments.
Expertise in using data, A/B testing, and market insights to shape product strategy and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Demonstrated ability to scale product teams and establish operational best practices while attracting and developing top talent.
Strong bias for action and comfort operating in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Exceptional communicator, able to convey complex technical ideas clearly to both internal and external audiences.
Strategic thinker with a trusted presence across stakeholder groups and the ability to influence critical decisions.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
Travel Requirements:
